 op for our pregnant moms! Prenatal yoga strengthens and stretches the 
 muscles, helping to relieve back pain and other common aches throughou
 t your pregnancy. Breathing exercises help to focus and relax the mind
 , better preparing you for the challenges of labor. Finding comfortabl
 e poses to relax and restore your body and mind is a priceless gift to
  give yourself. During our prenatal yoga class, we will work together 
 to find the perfect balance for your body to help you feel good, and f
 eel like yourself as your baby grows! This 4 week course will give you
  the tools to continue stretching, strengthening, and breathing on you
 r own. Included in your package you will receive all the props you nee
 d to maintain a home practice once the course is completed: a bolster 
 (large supportive pillow), blanket and strap. Prenatal yoga classes ca
 n create a great sense of community as you discuss concerns, fears and
  joys of being pregnant. This is a wonderful opportunity to find suppo
 rt from other women in the class. Come celebrate yourself, and experie
 nce the beautiful bond you will develop with your baby!\n\nThe 4 week 
 course will be held every Wednesday in February from 11:00am-12:30pm.\
