does anyone know anywhere that offers help on diapers and child expenses or items? i've heard some church programs offer them but dont know the names. if anyone has any suggestions that would be great!

You can try St. Martins Center. My MIL used to work there and I know that they have some sort of assistance. Call first to get more details.
Catholic Charities may offer them but you have to live in a certain area and there is a limit to how many diapers you get. It is work a phone call though.
