Does anyone have any suggestions...I need help!!!  I have a 3 year old and a 23 month old.  My daughter attends preschool on Mon, Wed, and Friday from 8am-11:00am.  They are both currently being cared for in my home by a family member.  This family member has recently become very unreliable!!  My husband and I both work full time...he works 3rd and I work 1st.  I'm looking for child care for my children on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursdays (and my daughter would need to get to school on Wednesdays).  Does anyone have any ideas, I really don't want to put them in daycare full time if I don't have to, and I like the fact that they are able to stay home right now.  Not to mention the fact that daycare is so expensive and I think my husband and I make too much money to qualify for any kind of assistance.  I wish I could just quit my job and stay home, but that's just not an option.  Please help!!!  I would appretiate ANY suggestions.
