Looking for a great preschool- It is harder than I thought!

I am trying to find a great preschool for my daughter for this fall.   Does anyone have any recommendations, or of course, schools to avoid?   I am looking for a school that is clean, safe/secured and has a caring staff.   I have a visited a few schools already and it is hard to tell without getting input from other Moms!  I am from the west county- so anything from the City- to West County is the ideal spot for me.

I love Christ United Methodist at 32nd and Zuck! Both of my kids have gone there and I have nothing but great things to say. They are caring and very accomodating to each and every child!
The Erie Day School has a fine preschool program. Your child can go either half or full days depending on you and your child's needs.

Lots of parents I know have raved about South Hills ... they are on Caughey by McDowell. At one point they had a waiting list.

A co-worker recommends Luther Memorial.

Other parents had a great experience at Covenant Preschool on West 7th St.

Villa Elementary also offers a good preschool, and a great summer camp.
