I need to study the map to understand the the lay of the land. It seems like people that live in Millcreek and Fairview don't even want to move to Harborcreek, etc.
Do you have any idea how much rent should run for a 4 bedroom home? It seems like there are a lot of 2-3 bedroom homes, but larger homes are homes are hard to come by.
